Dr. Caccam is originally from Taiwan and immigrated to Tallahassee, Florida, as a child. She completed her undergraduate and medical degrees in the accelerated Honors Program in Medicine at the University of Miami, where she met her husband, Dr. Ian Caccam. She enjoys the many activities Jacksonville has to offer with her husband and three kids, including boating, hiking, and biking. Her hobbies include reading, playing the piano, and trying new restaurants.

Dr. Fox grew up in Thibodaux, Louisiana, where she spent most of her life with her large extended family. She met her husband, Dr. Michael Fox, while doing her residency. She has settled in Jacksonville with her husband and their five children. Her parents have relocated to Jacksonville after Hurricane Katrina to be close to their grandchildren. Her hobbies include gardening, decorating, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Sjoukje has been working to provide personal and compassionate OBGYN care to women of all ages in the Jacksonville and Orange Park area for over 20 years. She is a native of Orange Park, Florida where she attended St. Johns Country Day School and graduated from Orange Park High School. She began working as a nurse in Labor and Delivery at Shands Jacksonville Medical Center in 2000, and it was during her time working there that she first got to know the FABEN founding physicians as interns and residents. When she earned her Master’s degree in nursing from UF as a Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse Midwife, she joined FABEN when they were still a young practice in 2006. After most recently working for several years in Orange Park, she is very excited to be back as part of the team at FABEN. When she is not working, Sjoukje enjoys spending time with her husband, an Engineer with the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department. They love staying busy with their two boys and two dogs, watching football, watching movies, and working out.
